The Resurrection was NOT on the Sabbath, Saturday, or Sunday

 

The Biblical New Year began anew on 14 March 2021 at 15:46 UTC as observed at sunset in Jerusalem, Israel.

The first month of the Biblical New Year is called Abib (Exodus 12:2 Exodus 13:4). Abib means grain in the ear, just ripening (Exodus 9:31 Leviticus 2:14). The ripening of the grain is associated with springtime in Israel and when associated with the first visible appearance of the new moon, it provides a clear sign of the proper new moon to start the first month of the Biblical New Year in.

The new moon occurred on Saturday, 13 March 2021 at 10:21 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) or at 12:22 Israel Standard Time (IST) at Jerusalem, Israel. The first visible crescent of the new moon was observable at the sunset of 14 March 2021 in Jerusalem, Israel, making the first day of the month of Abib of the Biblical New Year from sunset of 14 March to sunset of 15 March.

The first month of the Biblical New Year, Abib, is significant as it is the month of the Passover, Crucifixion, and Resurrection. The different religious institutions and faiths created by Man have published their designated holy days of worship, while the Holy Days of Worship identified in the Word of God have remained unchanged since the beginning of time.

The very first Holy Day of Worship identified in the Word of God, is the Seventh Day, the Sabbath, as identified in Genesis 2:1-3:

Gen 2:1  And the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.

Gen 2:2  And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had made. And He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made.

Gen 2:3  And God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He had rested from all His work which God created to make.

The emphasis to remember the Sabbath Day, keep it Holy, to rest, to bear no burden, to do no work is stated in numerous verses within the Bible (see post First Commandment):

Leviticus 23:3 Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the Lord in all your dwellings.

From the 10 Commandments of  Exodus 20:8-11:

• • 8: Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
  • 9: Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
  • 10: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
  • 11: For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

The Sabbath was further emphasized as a sign between the Lord our God and all of us, that they are sanctified and hallowed.

Ezekiel 20:12 Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the Lord that sanctify them.

Ezekiel 20:20 And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the Lord your God.

It is important to understand that the Sabbath is sanctified and hallowed by God and He expects us to observe the Sabbath in the same reverent manner. That the 7th Day, the Sabbath is for the entire day. The Sabbath, for the entire world, begins and ends at sunset times as observed from Jerusalem, Israel. That no burden or work is to be performed on the Sabbath.

It would be a mockery, an insult, a blasphemy to insinuate that God would defile His own Sabbath, but Man’s designated day of the Resurrection on the Sabbath does just that and contradicts the Word of God in the Bible.

 

The Bible reveals:

Ezekiel 22:26 Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.

Matthew 12:5 Or have ye not read in the law, how that on the sabbath days the priests in the temple profane the sabbath, and are blameless?

Matthew 24:11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

Matthew 24:4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

 

And Jesus said, the whole world and all nations shall be deceived (Revelation 12:9 Revelation 18:23).

 

 

Sunday Sabbatarians – Friday Passover and Crucifixion

 

The following diagram illustrates Man's published dates for Sunday Sabbatarians:

 The Sunday Sabbatarian's Passover and Crucifixion begins on Thursday at sunset with the Lord's Supper that evening and ends on Friday, after the crucified body of Jesus is entombed just prior to sunset. Their claimed resurrection is about 36 hours later, on their designated holy day of worship, Sunday, the 7th Day, the Sabbath. Like a cunning deceiver, the religious leaders (shepherds) manipulate and misdirect their unwary followers (sheep) through use of half-truths or full-truths. From their own preferred translation of the Bible, the Revised Standard Version Catholic Edition (RSVCE) it states:

• Numbers 28:16 On the fourteenth day of the first month is the Lord’s passover.

As identified above, the first day of the first month called Abib of the Biblical New Year is from sunset on 14 March to sunset on 15 March as observed from Jerusalem, Israel. The fourteenth day of Abib is from sunset on 27 March to sunset on 28 March as observed from Jerusalem, Israel (view calendar). Per the edicts of Man, the 2021 Liturgical Calendar for the Dioceses of the United States of America, based upon the General Roman Calendar, promulgated by Pope Paul VI on February 14, 1969, subsequently amended by the Holy See, the “Evening Mass of the Lord's Supper”, the Passover, is to be observed on 1 April 2021 – this is from midnight on the 18th day of Abib to midnight on the 19th day of Abib.

Clearly understand that observing the “Lord’s Supper”, the Passover, on 1 April 2021 is four (4) days after the Day revealed in the Word of God, “the fourteenth day of the first month is the Lord’s passover”. It is reasonable to question for what purpose does this deception achieve? Clearly understand that the “Lord’s Supper”, the Passover, is an appointed feast of the Lord to be observed on His designated Holy Day (Leviticus 23:1-8) and by not observing it on God's appointed Day, one is violating God’s commandments.

 

For thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: Do not let your prophets and your diviners who are among you deceive you, and do not listen to the dreams which they dream (Jeremiah 29:8).

 

• Leviticus 23:6-8 6 And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread to the Lord; seven days you shall eat unleavened bread. 7 On the first day you shall have a holy convocation; you shall do no laborious work. 8 But you shall present an offering by fire to the Lord seven days; on the seventh day is a holy convocation; you shall do no laborious work.”
• Exodus 12:17 And you shall observe the feast of unleavened bread, for on this very day I brought your hosts out of the land of Egypt: therefore you shall observe this day, throughout your generations, as an ordinance for ever.

Combined with the Passover, which is only one day, is the seven day Feast of Unleavened Bread. The first and seventh day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread are proclaimed to be a Holy Convocation, a Feast, a Sabbath, a Holy Day of Worship. The first day of Feast of Unleavened Bread, is immediately after the Passover, on the fifteenth day of the month of Abib and the seventh day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread is on the 21st day of the month of Abib. Man’s 2021 Liturgical Calendar for the Dioceses of the United States of America does not mention these proclaimed Holy Days clearly stated in the Word of God "as an ordinance for ever" – this is deception by omission. What purpose does this deception achieve? By not observing God's Holy Days on their appointed Day, one is violating God’s commandment, “Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. (Exodus 20:8)”

Some will claim that these proclaimed Holy Days of God are only applicable to God’s chosen people in Israel, justifying their deception. They conveniently distort or disregard Jesus’s own words validating the precepts and Holy Days of God stated in the Bible: “Think not that I have come to abolish the law and the prophets; I have come not to abolish them but to fulfil them.” (Matthew 5:17).

 

And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray. (Matthew 24:11).

 

• John 2:19 Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.”

In Man’s 2021 Liturgical Calendar for the Dioceses of the United States of America the crucifixion of Jesus, "Good Friday" occurs on Friday, 2 April 2021. The death of Jesus, "when the temple was destroyed", happen at about 3PM (Matthew 27:46-50 Mark 15:34-37 Luke 23:44-46). Despite Jesus's testimony that He would be raised up in three days, 72 hours later, Man’s 2021 Liturgical Calendar for the Dioceses of the United States of America  declares he was resurrected on their declared Sabbath day, Sunday, 4 April 2021, approximately 1.5 days or 36 hours later contradicting Jesus's own testimony. Further Man mocks and insults God by declaring that God defiles His hallowed and sanctified day of rest, by performing the resurrection of Jesus on their declared Sabbath day.

 

Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. (Matthew 7:15)

Saturday Sabbatarian - Wednesday Passover and Crucifixion

The Saturday Sabbatarian's Passover and Crucifixion begins on Tuesday at sunset with the Lord's Supper that evening and ends on Wednesday, after the crucified body of Jesus is entombed just prior to sunset. They do not acknowledge that the "Temple was destroyed" when Jesus died on the cross, but incorrectly fixate on when his remains are entombed just prior to sunset to determine their timeline. They recognize the midday (noon) approach of darkness during Jesus's crucifixion but fail to recognize that during Moses's Passover the darkness came at midnight - a 12 hour difference that is unrecognized, unexplained, and the reason is unknown to them. Their resurrection is about 3 days or 72 hours later, on their declared holy day of worship, Saturday, the 7th Day, the Sabbath.  Like their competing Sunday Sabbatarian religious factions, their claimed resurrection of Jesus on their declared holy day of worship, Saturday, the 7th Day, the Sabbath, mocks God and His commandment that the Sabbath is a day of rest, sanctified and hallowed. God would never defile His declared Sabbath Day. What purpose does this deception achieve? By not observing God's Holy Days on their appointed Day, one is violating God’s commandment, “Remember the Sabbath day to set it apart as holy". (Exodus 20:8)

The one who says “I have come to know God” and yet does not keep his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in such a person. (1 John 2:4)

But false prophets arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. These false teachers will infiltrate your midst with destructive heresies, even to the point of denying the Master who bought them. As a result, they will bring swift destruction on themselves. The Truth is the Word of God.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (John 1:1)

For the word of the Lord is right; and all his works are done in truth. (Psalm 33:4)

 

The Truth reveals that God rests from ALL work on the seventh day, the Sabbath.

And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. (Genesis 2:3)

 

The Truth reveals:

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)

 

The Truth reveals the Resurrection Day is on the First Day of the Week, early in the morning, irrefutably and clearly stated in the Word of God. The Resurrection was NOT on the Sabbath as clearly revealed in the Word of God and to worship or state otherwise is to mock, insult, and blaspheme God. God is the Truth and would never defile His declared hallowed and sanctified Sabbath.

Luke 24:1 - Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them.

Luke 24:21 - But we trusted that it had been he which should have redeemed Israel: and beside all this, to day is the third day since these things were done.

Luke 24:46 - And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behooved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:

Mark 16:1 - And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him. Mark 16:2 - And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun.

Mark 16:9 - Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils.

Matthew 28:1 - In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.

John 20:1 - The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.

The Truth of the First Day of the Week is revealed in Genesis 1:1-5:

1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

² And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

³ And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

⁴ And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

⁵ And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

Jesus spiritually died on the cross and was "without form, and void; and darkness" and God created Light; God resurrected Jesus on the First Day of the Week.

Just as Genesis 1:1-5 prophesized the resurrection of Jesus on the First Day of the Week, Jesus proclaimed the same:

I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. (John 12:46)

 

The Truth reveals that Jesus would be resurrected three days, 72 hours, after his death.

Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. (John 2:19)

The Truth reveals that the Passover events of Moses's time, the death of firstborns at midnight (Exodus 12:29), is 12 hours different than the death of the firstborn at midday (Matthew 27:45) of Jesus's Passover. The Truth reveals the difference of 12 hours is attributed to Joshua's time where the sun stood still for about a whole day (Joshua 10:12-14); where God extended the daylight period (and timeline) by 12 hours (John 11:9). That God reclaimed the 12 hour extension to the timeline, unknown to Man, at the time of Jesus's death at about 3PM on the fourteenth day of the month of Abib. Jesus was resurrected exactly three days, 72 hours, after his death, but 12 hours of this time is unknown to Man. Jesus was resurrected on the First Day of the Week, the 17th day of the month Abib, at approximately 3AM.

And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; (Matthew 27:51)

But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. (Matthew 24:36)

The secret things belong unto the Lord our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law. (Deuteronomy 29:29)

 

The Truth reveals the Resurrection of Jesus was on the First Day of the Week, the day prior is the Seventh Day of the Week, the Sabbath. The day prior to the Seventh Day, the Sabbath, is the Sixth Day of the Week, the first day of the Feast Of Unleavened Bread on the 15th day of the month of Abib - And in the fifteenth day of this month is the feast: seven days shall unleavened bread be eaten. (Numbers 28:17) The day prior to the Sixth Day, the Feast Of Unleavened Bread, is the Fifth Day of the Week, the Passover on the 14th day of the month of Abib - And in the fourteenth day of the first month is the passover of the Lord. (Numbers 28:16)

Using only the Truths revealed from the Word of God, the details of the monthly calendar of Abib is made known in perfect clarity. The correct placement of the Passover, the Crucifixion, and the Resurrection are identified, and it is revealed they are hallowed and sanctified by a Feast day and two (2) consecutive Holy Convocation Days, Sabbaths.

The Truth reveals that Jesus's prophecy, “deceiveth the whole world” (Revelation 12:9) and “all nations deceived” (Revelation 18:23), is fulfilled. I, we, my family, stand in testament to Jesus's prophecy fulfillment, as we were fully unaware of this deception and consumed by it, but am no longer.

The Truth reveals the message of Truth will not be accepted by many, as stated in Luke 8:11-15:

¹¹ Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.

¹² Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.

¹³ They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.

¹⁴ And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection.

¹⁵ But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.
