On 12 August 2015 received notice from the USCG NVDC that application for Indra's COD was rejected again. Now a new issue was raised - according to the person doing the review, the Australian Registry and Deletion reflected the previous ownership as joint, owned by Mr. and Mrs. Jesson. They wanted to know how Mrs. Jesson acquired sole ownership. They questioned who was to be the new owners. It was becoming very evident, that a mentality existed at the NVDC of find one thing wrong, reject the application, and move on; instead of performing a complete review and offering sound rationale advice. The questions and advice in the rejection letter were again not well founded and incorrect - they again mentioned the need for a bill of sale. The level of frustration with the NVDC was now beyond imagination. How does one communicate with bureaucrats that demonstrate an inability to read and comprehend the written word?
