On 30 June 2015 submitted by email request for certified copies of AMSA Form 159 Bill of Sale and Certificate of Deletion from the AMSA Shipping Registration Office. The cost for these documents and express courier fees was AUD $186.00 (US $142.58). The documents arrived by DHL courier on 9 July 2015.
Next step was to get the documents Apostille by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs. Downloaded from their website a Document Legalization Request Form and filled it out. Then mailed the documents by express courier back to Australia on 12 July 2015. The cost for these Apostille documents was AUD $184.65 (US $137.28) and express courier fees of US $27.00. The documents arrived by DHL courier on 2 August 2015.
On 5 August 2015 resubmitted application to USCG NVDC.
