The explanatory letter sent in the submission below included pictures and detailed narrative explaining what the Australian documentation was and meant - also included were numerous 46 CFR references to substantiate issues. To lessen the confusion factor that was evident by NVDC personnel, a complete submission of all current and applicable documents was included. Since I was 100% convinced that this submission would be rejected again, I also included a Request for Wavier.
On 13 August 2015 resubmitted application to USCG NVDC. Also submitted USCG CG-7042 Credit Card Form and authorized payment of $39.00 for this transaction.
